Pump Tracks: A pump track is similar to a BMX track, but enables riders to ‘pump’ through a series of features in a continuous loop. Using a pumping action, the rider pushes down with their arms and legs in harmony with track features to maintain momentum without pedaling.
Cootamundra Pump Track – Bourke Street.
Stockinbingal Pump Track – Recreation Ground.
Gundagai Pump Track – Yarri Park.
Bicycle riders safety.
Bicycle riding has increased in popularity, especially among recreational and commuter riders, as well as food delivery riders across metro areas. Bicycle riders have less exterior protection and face a greater risk of death or serious injury in a crash.
Bicycle riders have the same rights and responsibilities as motorists, which is why it’s important that both motorists and bicycle riders look out for each other.
